LUA 400 The LUA 400 thyristor-powered inverter is a rectifier for multi-purpose welding. MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG methods are all built-in as static and dynamic characteristics. Additional components can easily be added according to specific needs. Short-pulse for MIG/MAG welding using PAD 3 extends the working range on both aluminium and stainless steel. Safe and accurate starts and a minimum of spatter are also significant benefits provided by the LUA. Delivery includes 5 m of mains cable, return lead with clamp and 1 OKC connector.		LUA 400

Robotic Air-Cooled "Quick-Change" Keyed System The Air-Cooled Robotic Gun features our Quick Change keyed gooseneck and a keyed gun that allows you to change the gooseneck of the gun quickly, while maintaining Tool Center Point every time.

Insulated, aluminum armored gooseneck.
Slip-on or thread-on nozzles.
Most consumables are interchangeable between all TOUGH GUN Air-Cooled MIG guns.
Gooseneck key fits internal keyway in gun housing for consistent accuracy and quick replacement with only an allen wrench.
Keyed aluminum housing mates with keyway on gun mount arm allowing the entire gun to be changed without affecting Tool Center Point.

Precise CNC machining and custom fitting ensure a consistent and accurate metal-to-metal fit of gun housing and mounting arm.
